Kicking Off 2016 in Las Vegas at World of Concrete

This February, we’re packing our bags and heading to Las Vegas for the 2016 World of Concrete show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It is our favorite way to kick off the new year because World of Concrete is the only international event dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry industries. This show allows industry professionals to plan the year ahead by getting a first look at products, trends, and new technologies to help them work more efficiently and profitably.

From Feb. 2–5, Freightliner Trucks will have a booth at World of Concrete with five trucks on display, including three 114SDs with rear discharge mixer bodies manufactured and installed by Schwing, Beck Industrial and McNeilus, a tri-drive 114SD fitted with an Alliance concrete pump and a 108SD with a Holcombe volumetric mixer.

We will also be holding a press conference in booth #5435 the morning of Feb. 2nd where we will announce the next four Hardest Working Cities chosen for 2016. The cities honored in 2015 were Indianapolis, Salt Lake City, Nashville, Los Angeles, Toronto and Dallas. Be sure to attend the press conference to find out if your city is next.

In addition, we will have a reception with refreshments in booth #5435 at the close of the trade show on Wednesday, Feb. 3rd from 5:00 – 6:30 PM.

World of Concrete is expected to have more than 1,450 exhibitors that will occupy more than 675,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Exhibitors will range from equipment and tools, to products and services. New for this year, World of Concrete will have a special precast concrete area on the show floor with all things precast/prestressed.
